The fetus continues laying down fat, filling out the face and limbs. Fingernails reach the fingertips.
In male babies, the testes usually complete their descent around this stage.

Fatigue is often substantial. Sleep is difficult and the physical load is at its heaviest so far.
Vision changes are reported by some people — mild blurring or dryness — usually from fluid retention affecting the eyes. Sudden visual changes are different and need urgent attention.
